General conditions for using the Keder EOOD online store.
Please pay attention to the following General Terms and Conditions before using the Keder EOOD online store. These terms constitute a contract between you (the user) and us (the merchant) and allow you to use the website for non-commercial purposes. By entering kedar.bg and/or reading these terms and conditions, you agree to abide by the stated terms and declare that you will not use this site for immoral and illegal purposes. In case of disagreement, please do not use this website.
I. General conditions
- This page includes the Terms on the basis of which the merchant provides services through the kedar.bg online store. These conditions come into force the moment each user visits the kedar.bg site
- By creating and confirming his order, each user expresses his consent to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of the products selected by him.
- In the case of unavailable goods and an already confirmed order, the trader has the right to cancel the delivery of the goods. The customer will be notified of its exhaustion by calling the specified phone number or email. If payment to the merchant has already been made, the customer has the right to request a refund or order another product.
II. Payment
- The prices announced on the site are in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT), but do not include delivery or transportation by specialized means.
- If an error is found in the prices of goods on the site, their correction will be made. Keder EOOD reserves the right to cancel confirmed orders in case of price inaccuracies. If an order has already been placed, the customer will be notified of the change and correction in the prices of the specified phone. If a verbal agreement is reached, the customer agrees to pay the new price of the goods.
- The merchant is obliged to indicate the total value of the purchase before the order is placed. This includes the prices of all goods ordered, as well as their delivery.
