Warranty
If the customer discovers a manufacturing or manufacturing defect that did not occur due to improper use of the product, the customer must complete The form for executing a guarantee or email us at kedar.eood.sales@gmail.com.
Within 24 hours of submitting this form, we will contact the customer to assist them. To benefit from the product warranty, the customer must keep the receipt from the purchase of the product.
Transport costs for sending the product to our sites are at the customer's expense.
The warranty will not be fulfilled for defects caused by improper use of the product.
Return of purchased goods
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Every customer has the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the goods by the customer. The customer is not obliged to state a reason, does not owe compensation or a penalty and does not pay any costs, except for the direct costs related to the return of the goods to the trader (Article 55 of the CPA). The order is returned after the customer first fills The product return form (you will find a link below) or send an email to kedar.eood.sales@gmail.com.
A mandatory condition for the return of goods is that they must be in good commercial condition, without broken packaging, without having been used, and accompanied by a receipt. The receipt for each product is issued by Keder EOOD and sent with the product by the courier company. The goods can be returned directly to the Keder EOOD store with the address: 91 Cherno more Str., Balchik or through courier.
If, after the examination, the merchant finds that the goods are not in good merchantable condition, he sends the goods to the customer, with the transport at the expense of the customer.
The customer is obliged to send or hand over the goods back to the trader within 14 days from the date on which the customer has informed the trader that he is withdrawing from the distance contract. After the goods have been received and the trader has verified that they are in proper commercial condition, the value (excluding transport costs) is refunded to the customer - in cash or to a bank account (mentioned in the form) within 14 days. The customer has the right to choose whether the amount is refunded or the goods are replaced with another one of their choice.
In the event that the customer wishes to replace the goods with another, he must place a new order on the site, and the merchant must reimburse the amount to the bank account specified in the form.
Received the wrong item
In the event that a discrepancy is found between the goods requested by the customer and the goods delivered, the customer has the right not to accept the goods. In this situation, the customer returns the goods, and the transport costs for returning and sending the correct goods are borne by Keder EOOD.
Cancellation of order
If the customer finds that he does not wish to place the order, he must contact the merchant immediately (immediately after placing the order). If this condition is not met, the order is not subject to change or cancellation.
The customer has the right to refuse to receive ordered goods upon delivery if any of the following conditions apply:
- The customer must pay a price other than the amount due
- The ordered and delivered goods do not match
- In the event that the customer finds a discrepancy between the requested and delivered goods after delivery, he has 24 hours. from receipt of the goods to inform the trader of this discrepancy.
