Dowels for concrete are used for additional attachment of thermal insulation boards to concrete, reinforced concrete and other monolithic foundations. The base must be prepared in advance by drilling holes into which the dowels are then driven. Doweling with no less than 3 dowels per sheet is recommended.
The length of the dowels to be used is determined by the thickness of the thermal insulation layer. They have factory screw grooves that increase traction with the base.
